Who are the Holly Workers?<\/h3>\n<\/div>

Everyone that works at the Holly Project is a CSE survivor, here you can learn about us.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Holly workers are all lived experience child sexual exploitation specialists, and qualified safeguarding officers.<\/b><\/p>\n

With over 7 years\u2019 experience of working with victims, survivors and their families, the Holly Project workers call on their own lived experience to empower and validate people accessing the service.<\/p>\n

Offering a judgement free, safe, confidential environment for each person to navigate their own recovery pathway and a sense of what justice means to them.<\/p>\n

We work with other organisations to make sure each person can access the services they need and feel supported to move forward with their life.<\/p>\n

From complex and crisis work, to craft activities, everyone has a different way which they feel comfortable accessing support.<\/p>\n

We offer tailored advice to professionals working with anyone impacted by CSE.<\/p>\n

We are the natural transition to those who have been on the CATE pathway, but still feel they need support, but are entering into adult services.<\/p>\n

Having the local knowledge and living through their own experience of CSE gives the Holly Workers a unique understanding into victims and survivors fears, worries and support needs.<\/p>\n

The Holly Workers have been active campaigners and activists within children\u2019s safeguarding and protection, partaking in the uncovering of CSE scandals and women\u2019s rights movements.<\/p>\n<\/div>
